Here’s a handy calculator to help you create a target for your daily water intake. Just select your preferred weight format (pounds or kilos), enter in your weight, and you’ll get an instant goal for hydration.

Important note: This is for existing in an average sense. If you do intense, sweaty exercise then you might need some more. If you only eat crackers and highly processed foods, you might need more. If you’re on medication that is known to dry out skin and mucosa, same again. This is a guideline only.
